- Cut away any damaged or bruised areas before preparing or eating.

As far as frequency goes, most of our customers order once or twice a week. Some of the larger customers we serve get fruit daily, whereas others order once per month or on a strictly "ad-hoc" basis. It's entirely up to you - we'll help you out in any way we can!
If your office will be closed for any reason, you can select the beginning and end dates you want your account to be placed on hold.
- Log into your account on www.orchardattheoffice.com
- Click MY ACCOUNT and then click DELIVERY HOLD in the dropdown menu
- Under LEAVING, select the day BEFORE the delivery you want to skip
- Under RETURNING, select the day BEFORE your office will reopen (This will ensure your office receives a delivery for the day you reopen.)
- Then click "Add Vacation."
- You can set your holiday skips up to a year in advance.

We offer FREE delivery for our Orchard Express selections and Snack Boxes.
Regular Customers: Special Orders
Simply log in to your account, choose the delivery day, and then select "Recurring Orders". From there, make any changes you need, just as you did when creating your initial order. It's just that simple! If you have any difficulties, contact us and we'll help you out.
Once you've created an account, make the selection you want, choose your day, and select "This Week". That will make sure it's a one-time order. (If you want recurring deliveries, you'd choose "Every Week".)
Regular Customers: Payment Questions
- When you log in, click on "My Account" and a drop-down menu will appear.
- Select "Account Info". You'll see all the fields for personal information. Just make the changes and you're good to go!

Updating credit card information is quite simple. Here's what you do...
- When you log in, click on "My Account" and a drop-down menu will appear.
- Scroll down to the bottom where you'll see "Payment information". There's a green button labeled "Credit Card or Bank Account Details". This information is securely encrypted.
- Fill in the pop-up form with the updated credit card information. That's all you have to do!
- When you log in, click on "My Account" and a drop-down menu will appear.
- Select "Account Info". Scroll to the bottom of the screen and you'll see "Payment information".
- Click the radio button to select "Invoice" and that's it!
- When you log in, click on "My Account" and a drop-down menu will appear.
- Select "Delivery History". You will see a list of your orders. Click the one you need the receipt for.
- Click "Print Invoice" and you're good to go!
